Collaborate to Innovate conference Dubai, 13-14.11.2024

It was two great days in Dubai. At the invitation of Beata Monka of Art Of Networking, I participated in the Collaborate to Innovate conference organized by Forbes Middle East and Mastercard. I also had the great pleasure (and fun) of participating in the Innovative Leaders Bridge panel discussion - Crossing talents today for better tomorrow.

We talked about building bridges between seemingly distant industries, finding inspiration and synergies, interdisciplinary activities that allow us to grow and change the world around us for the better.

The background of the conference was also the role of women in business, the challenges they face in different countries and different professional fields. The values they follow, the style in which they manage.

Polish business was represented by a wonderful, enthusiastic and creative group. I'm glad that I could meet this group and I'm proud that I could perform in front of an international audience precisely as a Polish woman, an enterprising and independent woman, initiating innovations in her areas of activity.
